    It's strange how I cant drive down to the grocery store without getting pulled over six times to let me know of my expired tags or lapse in vehicle registration but when it comes to being swatted there's no way to track or trace whoever is making the calls. Same thing with whoever is burning down all of the food processing plants. Those folks seem to be un trackable and traceable too.
