This video shows the vitamins and supplements I take during the year. I will show you all eighteen kinds and show you how they are organized each week.

I will also explain how I order them and how long they will last and even what the cost for that is.

Part of being healthy is the we put in ourselves like food, and vitimin supplementation can have a healthy effect on the body. I do get some blood tests on occasion to check if they are actually getting into the blood stream. If not, then I have looked for a different kind like a gel instead of a capsule to see if that might work better.
