A Pennsylvania farmer in Lancaster faces potential jail time for not geowing food in accordance to USDA guidelines. Amos Miller, an amish farmer in Pennsylvania, was first charged by the federal government in 2016 for selling raw milk. While he got those charges dismissed, he now owes over $300,000 for new charges areising in 2017. Further, prosecutors are seeking to put him in jail if he does not pay the fines. And they want to add his wife as a defendant.
