36-year-old woman killed in house fire, ruled a homicide

The Milwaukee Fire Department said one person has died following a garage and house fire Thursday morning. Family identified the victim as Nikia Rogers. Her family said she lived there with her boyfriend, who they claim is the suspect in the case.
