Nikon D780 - Nikons Risky DSLR Gamble

Before everyone gets mad at me, Im purchasing the D780 with my own money and will invest a lot of time into it. It looks like its a fine camera and hits all the bells and whistles, but there is a serious problem that might really impact how successful it will be. I loved the D750, the D780 looks to be a worthy successor. So what is the problem?
