Today's Self Care Sunday is for making Fire Cider - a super potent, immunity boosting health tonic.

You'll need some ginger, horseradish, garlic, onion, lemon, turmeric, rosemary, hot peppers, apple cider vinegar and honey.

~Terpenes present~

Pinene (Rosemary) - analgesic, anti-inflammatory, bronchodilator, increases focus and alertness.

Beta-caryophyllene (Rosemary) - analgesic, antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-itching, antimalarial, antioxidant, GI relief.

Borneol (Rosemary) - analgesic, antibacterial, bronchodilator, sedating.

Caryophyllene oxide (Rosemary) - analgesic, anticancer, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral.

Cineole (Rosemary) - analgesic, antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant.

Geraniol (Lemons) - antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant.

Humulene (Ginger) - analgesic, anticancer, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, appetite suppressant.

Limonene (Citrus rinds, rosemary) - analgesic, antianxiety, anticancer, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, bronchodilator, GERD suppressant.
