Two weeks of cold showers part 16 shower 15

Didn't do much for me today woke up feeling fairly level sort of wanted to have a shower the water was not super cold feeling but day four of fast and I was feeling warm before going in my body weight is up half a pound from when I ended my fast last week so after more than 3 days of fasting I still haven't level it out my weight from then so not sure I'll give it to a few more hours and see if it changes over the next couple hours but I think most of it's water weight from a bunch of water I had yesterday
