How petty is Portnoy? Petty enough to fire an employee over a phone call to Alex Stein. Barstool writer Ben Mintz admitted to calling Stein following his Twitter beef with his boss Portnoy. The subject of that conversation was Mintz defending his boss. Apparently, a cross-country connection with Stein is grounds for termination in the Barstool policy manual. Jason is skeptical.
