Geoffrey Serdar, "The thing that makes me anxious or that you want to be reserved with this is the fact that the membrane on the garage really just does not look good. It should be – like that in and of itself should make you very skeptical on the property."

Geoffrey Serdar, "Let’s look at the mechanicals, right? Because those are the guts. Honestly, it’s really nice to know that the boiler has been updated. So I’m assuming that’s incredibly efficient. So the gas fill is probably quite cheap. Updated system. We got plenty of expansion if you need it."

Geoffrey Serdar, "Listen, every home has a spot to do something too and here that would be the bathroom. Usually the price points of duplexes around this number don’t have exterior venting hoods. This is a unique feature. It’s not original. So this was added I bet – I bet this was added in the ‘90s."

Geoffrey Serdar, "You can like go down these like little things. I don’t think we need to but this has grown. This has a feeling."

Thomas, "Yeah that’s a good feeling."

Geoffrey Serdar, "So that you guys, that’s not normal. That’s a very nice little feature right there."
