President Biden announced Wednesday that he plans to forgive $10,000 dollars in student loan debt for anyone making less than $125,000 per year. While some Americans were thrilled with the move, others had concerns over the economic impact.
Other Americans had issues with how fair it was to make people who already paid off their student loan debt pay for people who hadn’t, or if those who never went to college at all should pay.
The Daily Signal took to the streets of the nation's capital to ask Americans their thoughts on the president's decision to wipe away that debt. Here’s what they had to say.
