Ukrainians killed on Independence Day: Kyiv officials

A Russian missile attack killed at least 25 civilians and set a train on fire in eastern Ukraine, officials in Kyiv said, as Ukraine marked its Independence Day under heavy shelling. Laila Shahrokhshahi reports.
