C.C.S. and the Chairman of the Board apparently are staying in Myrtle Beach this week as well as evidenced by today's Segue City Special. That's it for us this week as we clear out to make room for the Mayor's machinations over the weekend. We cleaned up the studio and the coffee maker and even took the trash out so everything is nice and tidy and in order for the Mayor. He can be so OCD at times...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
