What is the passage saying?
-What does this mean for me?
1.) v.41-42 They said God was their Father - Jesus said only those who love Him are
-We should realize not all are God's children, only those who love Jesus
2.) v.43-44 Those of the Devil cannot understand or listen to Scripture
-We should realize Scripture is poison to sin and food for the soul
-We should believe in freedom of speech- truth should be allowed to be spoken
3.) v.45-47 Sinners don't want truth/ Children of God do
-We should listen to those who disagree with us in case we are wrong
-We should listen to truth no matter from whom it comes
