I stayed up late to be a part of my Filipino family's celebration of New Years 2020. It is a big deal in the Philippines compared to America where I am from.

When I was a lot younger there was more hype to it back in the United States but it seems like it isn't that big of a deal anymore. It certainly isn't when compared to the Philippines.
