Neewer 16MP gamecam (Worldwide Amazon link): https://geni.us/ZA2mdz
The Neewer 16MP game camera is a good performer, well made and easy to use - it would make a great first camera if you're looking to get into using game cams and want something reliable. The battery life is outstanding too.

Navigating the options for set up is extremely easy and although I shot video footage of that process I did not include it in the final video part of the review since anyone using this camera will quickly figure it out.
When setting any game cam I generally have it set to take 2 pictures followed by a 30 second video and with this camera I was unable to do that since the 'hybrid' option of photo and video only allows for one picture followed by a video (length determined by user settings) - to be honest that didn't bother me as I normally only include video clips of wildlife in the Youtube videos I make for my channel. The option of a photo being taken prior to the video is really just to capture any animal which quickly passes the sensor and wouldn't be caught by the subsequent video.

This is such a simple camera to operate, set and check footage when picking up that I don't really need to go into detail about the various features - check the Amazon listing for those. I'll give you a list of positives and negatives followed by a short summary:

PROS:
Fast trigger speed (0.3s).
Good detection angle (120 degrees).
Will allow for up to 64gb memory card (most cameras only accept up to 32gb).
Easily stands up to harsh weather and freezing conditions.
Menu is very easy to navigate.
The battery cover has a finger loop to enable the user to quickly access the batteries (with most cams you have to dig the cover release out with a knife or key).
Battery life is excellent - best I've tested so far.
Picture quality is very good in all light conditions, even total darkness.
When activated the LED lights do not spook animals.
Microphone quality is quite good for a game cam.
Video quality is on par with cameras of a similar price or even cameras in a higher price bracket.
Price is very reasonable.

CONS:
Video quality is definitely not full HD (even on highest setting) but it is still good - before you go looking for a camera under £100 which will have proper HD I can tell you I haven't found one yet and I've had loads of different game cams.
Picture quality possibly isn't as high as stated.
(the above negative points are common with every game cam under £100 I have tested in the last few years so are not specific to this one)
......that's about it.......

SUMMARY:
It's a good camera at a decent price. It performs well and I know won't let me down.
I'd have full confidence setting this one in remote areas and leaving it for months on end, safe in the knowledge that I would have a memory card full of good pictures and videos when I retrieve it.
