Olympiad Freestyle Point System:
Takedown - Pin your opponent's shoulders for at least a one count (1 point)
Submittal - Control your opponent in a submission hold for at least five seconds (2 points)
Rope Break - Using the ropes to escape from a submission hold (-1 point)
