Ladale holds tens of millions of assets in his real estate portfolio and has an absolutely innate sense for breaking down economics and finance in a way for anyone to understand. This is definitely one of our more educational episodes of #BluntForceDiscussion and LaDale brought the heat on all subject matters in today’s world.

We got really deep into the economy, the recession, our current political situation and how it all plays a role together. He breaks down Bidentflation, how to properly run local governments and of course his specialty… real estate investing

LaDale puts his time and money where his mouth is, as he also is helping people learn the industry of real estate investing, AND he also ran for local office to create economic change to his community. He firmly believes one of the largest issues facing local and national politics is the inability for politicians to understand something as basic as a spreadsheet.

He talks about how broken our governments economic policies are since we are focused on how to best use money instead of treating it like a business and seeing how can we best use money to make money. It’s essentially the concept of being an exporter more than an importer.

We talk about the current status of politics, policies and if this inflation reduction act will reduce inflation or just be a “Green New Deal” plan.
