Prepare for Impact- Energy Crisis Brings a Cold Winter

Germany is developing "warming stations" so people don't freeze to death this winter. Spain wont allow people to turn the air conditioning below 27 degrees Celsius. Macon states street lights will be turned off due to energy crisis.
