What To Do When The Shop Is Slow ~ Podcast Episode 12

Today we are talking about things that mechanics can do when the shop is slow. finding work is much easier than you might think. Mechanics running out of cars to work on is never a good thing. But there are some things that can help get more work in the door.

This is something that we as techs have little control over. What I mean is, that we can't really control the cars coming into the shop. But we can control what happens when the cars are there. Today we are looking at:
1) Why is the shop slow
2) What can you control?
3) What to do when there are NO cars
4) What to do around the shop
5) Running baselines on known good units
6) Lot car updates and recalls
7) Run VINs of local dealers for recalls and updates
