RAW: Video shows man who tried to break into FBI office in Cincinnati hiding behind car in standoff

Columbus native Ricky Shiffer, 42, was shot and killed during a standoff with officials after attempting to break into the FBI office in Cincinnati on Aug. 11. Video shows Shiffer behind his car and grabbing something from the vehicle.
