Plants vs Zombies 2 - Penny's Pursuit - Zomboss - Zoybean Pod - August 2022

This Penny's quest focuses on the Seedium plant Zoybean Pod and was offered between August 24, 2022 and August 31, 2022.

Zoybean Pod is a member of the Enchant-Mint family.
Zoybean Pod costs 200 Sun. (175 at level 3, 150 at level 5.)
Every 18 seconds (17 at level 3, 16 at level 4, 15 at level 7) Zoybean Pod will release a Zomboid zombie which will attack zombies for the player.
When given plant food, Zoybean Pod will instant release a Gargantuar Zomboid to fight for the player.

Commentary:
This is a very unique plant. It is also a very cool plant. It's one thing to drop plants to fight the zombies. It's another to watch a plant spew out zombies to fight an incoming horde of zombies. It's a nice thing to watch.

Bottom Line:
Zoybean Pod is extremely slow - painfully slow. The Zomboids start out quite weak compared to the zombies and it is not until higher levels where the Sun cost and the zomboid level is to the point of actually being useful.

In addition, levels need to last long enough for the player to accumulate a zombie horde of their own. This requires time and an abundance of Sun as well as strategies for minimizing the incoming zombie horde.
