Came up on this scene. Camera does make it look lighter. Provided a buffer with my flasher on. People driving too fast. After 5 minutes, called the police. Was told they had already told these two to move their cars. Now sending out cops. I held the buffer until first cop showed up. These are the last 5 minutes.
