Cross Talk with Deana Pollard Sacks (23 August 2022)

Deana invited me to discuss my Sandy Hook Pozner v. Fetzer lawsuit in Dane County, WI, and the Petition to the United States Supreme Court that goes to conference on 28 September for the final cut, where I will learn whether it will be heard on 3 October--but where it ranks highly on the 4 criteria that affect these selections: it is a publicly significant case; it is a legally significant case; it represents conflict between the highest courts of different states; and it will correct a major error of fact or law.
