Dear Pastor Bob: I have been attending a small church for a little over a year now. Instead of feeling encouraged when I leave the service, I feel beat up and conflicted. The rest of the congregation does as well. The pastors sermons always seem angry and condemning. He appears to be frustrated that we are not doing enough for God no matter how much we try. He isn't the kind of person that is approachable or even correctable. I chose this church since it is close to my home. But I am having second thoughts about it. Your opinion?
