WHAT BOOKS SHOULD I READ? MY TOP 3 RECOMMENDATIONS

“I believe it is a forgone conclusion, leaders are readers. If you wish to lead others, lead yourself first and that begins with learning, developing and holding yourself accountable to knew ideas and new ways of doing things.” J Loren Norris

WHY PHYSICAL BOOKS?
I have mentioned before the reasons I believe books are a good thing. If you have a good source, you also want it to be a consistent source. In today’s world of digital information, it is far too common to read an article or report only to find it was the first one published as since has been altered, debunked, removed or replaced. Books require such a long preparation cycle and require such significant investment, it is much less likely someone would waste the resources to produce something without proper research and vetting. It does happen, but by the time its available in stores, reviews will usually expose the lies.

WHY THESE THREE?
I have been a diligent student of leadership more than three decades. I have read literally hundreds, maybe thousands of books in that time. 90% of what I read is non fiction, focused on leadership, communication, faith and family. When I consider the books which have reshaped my thinking the most, outside of the Bible, these three are at or near the top. If I had time, and had your attention long enough I would recommend more books, more specifically to your needs. These three are radically transforming, easy to get, well vetted and safe for anyone regardless of education level, age, race, or even religion. GET THEM!!
