Damaging Wind & Hail Threatens Michigan Friday- Great Lakes Weather

An environment with rich instability and wind variabilities in the atmosphere looks to drive a damaging wind and hail threat, according to the latest models. Some tornado threat will exist as well, but this threat appears to be low at the current time. The cold front driving the storms may potentially stagnate across parts of the Great Lakes Region on Saturday, bringing more thunderstorms to an already saturated area.
