The gym is exercise. And exercise has many benefits.

But it has to be done in the right way. Otherwise there is a possibility of doing harm without benefit.

Proper use of gym equipment as well as following certain rules and regulations should be done in the gym. Only then will benefits come from it. So follow the gym rules-

1) Before joining the gym, do some research and think about which gym center you can join. If there is a good gym center near your home then you can join there which will help you in time management and travel.

2) First contact the gym fitness trainer. Discuss openly with the trainer what kind of fitness you want to build. Create your fitness plan by talking to a fitness expert about how much time you have allocated to gym, what time is suitable for you, whether you have any physical ailments.

3) Use the fitness equipment in the presence of a fitness expert for the first few weeks after joining the gym. If you have difficulty using any fitness equipment, be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules for using that equipment. Take the help of a fitness expert if necessary.

4) Wear appropriate gym clothes and fitness shoes while going to the gym. Also keep a fitness bag with you for other conveniences. And you can keep towels, water bottles etc. necessary things in it.

5) In the initial phase of gyming, do gym for a few hours every day and increase it gradually. Initially, exercising for 2 to 3 hours can put pressure on the body.

6) If you set aside half an hour for gym in the first month, keep a total of 1 hour. Schedule gym time in the morning or afternoon. It will take several days to prepare for the gym in the morning or afternoon. Try to learn how to use the gym equipment carefully. Relax for at least 15 minutes after finishing the gym.

7) Don't be in a rush to get back to work from the gym in the early stages. After eating a suitable amount of food for your body, take a little rest and leave for office or any other work. If you have extra work pressure at home and outside, you can go to the gym 3 days a week. Rest of the days you can do free hand exercise at home.

8) It may be difficult to spend some time in the initial phase of joining the gym. But never stop going to the gym suddenly after joining the gym. Once you get used to it after a few months of going to the gym, spending some time every day on fitness will not be a problem.

9) Keep a positive attitude and exercise with patience. Never stress about how quickly you can achieve your fitness goals. Try to enjoy your time at the gym.
