Two weeks of cold showers part 14 shower 13

This shower was ice cold at first but normalized quickly. It remained ice cold but felt ok mentally. I noticed my fingertips and toes are cold afterwards so I am guessing that some of my heat went to the core and that's why my extremities are cold it didn't really wake me up too much cuz it was taken around 6:00 p.m. and I was already sort of as as a way cuz I was probably going to be getting today but it did have that cold refreshing sense to it.
