Biden's Department of Energy secretary Jennifer Granholm is getting criticized for telling poor people who are seeing energy costs skyrocket to just convert their homes to greener energy to take advantage of tax credits.

The credits will cover 30% of the $19,000 it would cost the average homeowner to do this.
