Trump Gets a Win On the FBI Affidavit & Files Motion | Drilling on Federal Lands BACK in 13 States!

The Department of Justice cannot figure out how to articulate their position to persuade Jude Bruce Reinholt to keep the affidavit sealed, so they have to either bring better arguments, or a redacted copy of the document on Thursday. So perhaps this will be out in some fashion this week, but expect a little more back and forth.

Huge win for the energy market. A stupid Biden Executive Order that hurt Millions of Americans and many more worldwide has been permanently enjoined so that 13 States can officially drill on leases that incorporate the use of Federal Lands. Long and short, Gas Prices are headed down. Joe will obviously take credit for this, so mark the date.

In an update, Trump's team filed a motion to get a bunch of documents and items back and get a Special Master appointed to the case to oversee the rulings. The judge has ruled on this and wants a bit of additional information before granting the motion. Until next time...
