The 3 Wheeled Menace.
A car accident happened in the 1500 block of Union Street on 8/21/22 - 8:24PM. 1 vehicle decided to leave the scene of the accident without his right front wheel. How far could he get with only 3 wheels? Apparently pretty far as he was stopped at 11th and Chestnut Street. CPD Officers thought their might be other cars damaged as this is still under investigation. CPD was in the area already due to a welfare check. Thank you CPD for keeping our neighborhood safe.
