New Analogue Pocket Update Beta 2

Here is the newest update for the Analogue Pocket. The biggest fix was the sound volume coming from the games playing via cores but I also ran into an issue with the Neo Geo Core. If you are running BIOS version 4 I recommend you roll back to Version 1 for the bios.
