1. A man who has tested positive for cocaine has stolen a car this morning and has embedded it in a staircase of the Plaza Elíptica interchange in Madrid, after which he has been arrested by the Municipal Police.

The detainee, 36 years old and a foreigner, stole from the parking lot of the metro in the Madrid town of Getafe a vehicle belonging to a worker who had left the keys on and later rammed it into the stairs of the interchange.
