Mindfulness Breathing Meditation for Letting Go - Mindful Breathing for Stress and Anxiety.
Take a Deep Breath!
Mindfulness breathing brings your focus onto the inhalation and exhalation while gently moving aside other thoughts that might pop in. Your breathing is your remote control to the brain to activate the electrical signals in the ‘smell’ region. This in turn indirectly controls the electrical signals in the memory and emotional regions of our brain.
In this Mindfulness Breathing Meditation for Letting Go: Mindful Breathing for Stress and Anxiety we use our breathing to anchor us in the present, and anchor the feelings of relaxation we get when we focus on our breathing, while accepting and letting go of unresolved tension that might try to creep in.
