Always rinse in cold water like all herbs and plants.
-Poultice you just chop and grind in a Mortar and pestle add a few drops of water in needed. Add topically to areas, joints, skin issues etc.
-Infused honey- do they same as the infused honey video I did.(will attach under this)
-oil infused- same chop use fresh or dried, put in jar and cover with olive oil (or oil of your choice) stir and press to make sure all covered in oil. Infuse for 4 weeks. Can use this way or after infusion can strain plant off and take oil and use to make a salve adding melted bees wax to consistence you want.
- can use in baths, a foot soak
-make a tea steep with fresh or dried leaves may sweeten with honey
Always do things safely, if never used this plant, I always suggest doing a skin patch test first. I'll attach that video as well.
