Think about all the people across the world that are doing all sorts of jobs from manual labor to your everyday nine to five workers. But how many of those people are actually rich?

In fact, entrepreneur Naval Ravikant says The Untold Truth About Money No One Talks About: what you choose to work on and who you choose to work with are far more important than how hard you work.

All of this comes down to one-word: leverage.

Are you doing activities that are going to build your leverage? Or are you simply exchanging your time for money?

If you're building an asset and working with the right people, that will help you create leverage. You want to work hard towards something that will get you the results. So what you do is far more important than how hard you work.
