I was not feeling too great today. Low energy, and lethargic. However, the weights moved fine. The biggest problem was that I kept feeling on the verge of puking while bracing during my reps, which made it naturally more difficult. My high target was eight reps which I believe beats my previous count of six with this weight. I thought eight would be doable, since I hit seven reps with 170 Kgs, last cycle. If things went better, I could have maybe had another rep or two on me. Hell, I think I still had one more in me here; but I didn't think it would be a good idea to push it any more than that. I was also doing my non-optimal gripping style with my right hand supinated, which could be a factor, as well. Still, this is pretty decent overall!
