My wife traveled almost ten thousand miles to be with me in America after we married in the Philippines in 2015. She has come a long way in another sense, and that is being able to do different things here.

For example, my wife can mow the lawn, and that isn't something she would be doing in the Philippines. Remarkably, she put the lawn mover together out of the box by herself. She loves lawn work and put together the lawn edger and is planting flowers.She has also learned how to drive and has had her own car. She is getting to know the city and of course, the shopping malls.

Then there is a variety of things in the kitchen she hadn't used before and she loves to cook and puts them to good use. She can have multiple cooking devices going at the same time, which saves time. She also put together our outdoor charcoal grill. In case you noticed, that sort of thing isn't something I am good at, but I sure glad that she is!

If something needs to be fixed around the house, she wants to be the first one to see if she can fix it. Amazing.

She also has her own checking account, debit card and credit card and has learned to manage money well very easily. She knows how to order things for us online. I don't think I would be able to adapt as quickly in the Philippines as she has over here

I am amazed at what I am learning about my Love Beyond The Sea!
