NKY nonprofit that says it will pay for solution to protect cyclists is waiting on KYTC's approval

The Devou Good Foundation's plan would be to take one lane on each bridge and create a two-way protected bike lane. The water wall barriers would provide a safe lane of travel for bicyclists.
