Biden's FY2023 budget requests $12.9 billion for child welfare programs authorized by Title IV-B and Title IV-E of the SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, and the Victims of Child Abuse Act, which will continue to funnel money to traffic even more children.
