Running all 3 power cards Cerebro is able to buff our entire board to secure us victories at Infinite Rank. Follow along with this decklist and guide to see how to build a great Cerebro list and play it to win on the ranked ladder. The game plan is to have Cerebro buff our entire board, and then have mystique copy the effect and do it again. We have cards to change any location that makes the power of cards fall out of line and we have shang chi and iron man as late game finishers.
