Catastrophic Engine Failure VW 2.0t TSI Engine 2 ~ Bottom End Damage

WAS THERE BOTTOM END DAMAGE? You guys asked about block, piston, connecting rod damage after the catastrophic engine damage. This MK7 VW GTI engine suffered severe engine damage due to an improper down shift. The GTI was turned stage 2 with supporting modifications. The car was shifted from third gear to second gear at an extremely high RPM. This lead to severe top end engine damage, and engine replacement. In this video we inspect the damage to the TSI engine!
