These are the Taiji Beng (Stick) drills as taught by Master Zhang Xue Xin in multiple seminars conducted in the St. Louis area. Taiji Beng is meant to be used for solo practice of Chin-na and Anti-Chin-na. Used in this way these exercises help to develop a strong stance, strong grip and proper body mechanics for applying and countering chin--na techniques. I will cover one drill in each video and try to give some examples as to what is going on.
