May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Sin: I choose goodness over sin, and You, Lord, will keep your servant safe from having sin rule him. Ps. 19:13

Help: We choose a life protected from evildoers; rescue us, LORD, the violent, who plot evil in their hearts. Ps. 140:1-2.

Healing: I choose health and healing, and while I am faint and my bones are in agony I know the Lord show mercy to me. Psalm 6:2

Forgiveness: I am forgiven by God, who is merciful in His Constant Love; my sin is washed away and so it is! 51:1-2
