Impossible Statues of Tartaria

Tartaria is a lost civilization that was erased from history roughly 200 years ago. It's destruction was brought about by a nuclear war and mudflood. For centuries before it's destruction Tartaria was known for it advanced and ornate architecture some of which still exists to the present day.
