2004 R32 TURBO Cranks but Will Not Start

In the shop we have a 2004 R32 Vr6 TURBO that will not start. This is a modified VW R32 with about 180,000 miles. It was towed in for a crank but no start. In this video we diagnose a no start condition and inspect the REAL reason why the car fails to start. Is is mechanical, or electrical?
