3 Other Shops, Didn't Fix this Car. They Made it WORSE

This 2010 VW CC came to me with a check engine light, running poorly, and the "ITs been to a bunch of shops and still isn't fixed. Today we diagnose the check engine light, and find some really interesting issues, that are not common CC problems. Cars like this are always a tough diagnosis with so much unknown, and issues that were caused by other shops.
