Poornima Wagh, PhD explains how she had a uterine fibroid (benign smooth muscle tumor of the uterus) of 12 cm. She treated herself with proteolytic enzymes (nattokinase, seropeptase) and high doses of vitamin D (50 000 IU/day) and vitamin K2, combined with magnesium, zinc and boron (5 mg/day).

She increased the dose after starting her protocol. Within one year of following the protocol, her uterine fibroid had reduced from 12 cm in size to 1 cm. The cells of the fibroid were dying (necrosis), just as she wanted them to.

Wagh didn't need surgery and she didn't need to have her whole uterus removed (hysterectomy).

NB: The doses of vitamin D that Wagh took may not be dangerous, but they are quite high. In general it's always better if you can get vitamin D directly from the sun, because sunlight provided more benefits that just vitamin D and because you can't overdose. Sometimes, however, this is not feasible. Also, when taking doses far in excess of 10 000 IU per day over long periods of time, it's probably wise to do regular blood tests. Vitamin D is very safe, but you can even overdose on safe supplements if you take them long enough at high enough doses. A specific group of people have disorders vitamin D metabolism which usually leads to auto-immune disease. They can (and probably must) supplement with absurdly high levels of vitamin D that are toxic for 'normal' people, but not for them. For more information on this, search for the Coimbra protocol.

When Wagh's doctor noticed the shrinkage of her fibroid and especially how she had achieved it, the doctor couldn't and wouldn't believe it.

NB: The doctor's reaction is rather common since they have been thoroughly brainwashed in medical schools that vitamins lead to expensive urine at best. The pharmaceutical companies, who control the curriculum of medical schools, of course can't have doctors finding cheap, safe, highly effective and available alternative treatments with positive side-effects.

Researchers in Iran have published a scientific article showing that high doses of vitamin D3 have a significant positive impact on uterine fibroids. These kinds of articles are getting harder and harder to find using Google and are often put behind paywalls. Again, the tactic of the pharmaceutical industry is to destroy their competition so that the public will be sick and the highly profitable pharmaceutical products will regarded as the only option.

Other research has shown that getting your vitamin D blood level up to adequate is more effective than getting a flu shot.

At the start of the 2020, the Indonesians did a study showing a very strong inverse correlation between vitamin D blood levels and COVID severity: the lower the vitamin D blood level, the more severe the disease and the higher the chance of dying.

NB: Subsequently there have been more studies proving that vitamin D supplementation (especially if it's the active form of calcifediol), has fantastic benefits for those with deficiency, provided that intervention was started early enough and provided the dose was adequate.

The vitamin D study from Indonesia got retracted, which happens to a many articles that are contrary to the interests of the COVID cartel.
