Striking a balance between asserting that leadership and being a tyrant might seem tricky but it's not if you remember that what you do for one, you must do for all. Keep your actions above reproach and, at the end of the day, give yourself some time to relax, meditate and work through the feelings (both good and bad) throughout the day.
