Internet censored in whole Europe

an asked my Internet provider why. They told methe EU has forbidden it to them. When I insisted to full access of the Internet and said I intend to reduce my payments if they do not deliver full internet access as I did buy when making the contract, they agreed to do something so I can access it again. The first try did not work, but tomorrow they call me to try it again.
I suggest doing the same wuth your Internet provider.
If you do not get what you have ordered, you have the right to reduce payments.
Meanwhile use https://mid.ru the Russian where you can switch over to English. Does rt.com still work in USA?
